THE BRIEF
CBI Phase 3 works provided for the upgrade of the main office area which involved refurbishment of two floors with the addition of 40 workstations, new meeting rooms and upgrade of the staff canteen
WORKS
CBI provided full design and project management of all fitout works to include the upgrade of all M+E infrastructure, data cabling, raised access floors, ceilings, decor, floor finishes, window blinds and joinery items. Teknion Leverage workstations with acoustic panels were used to compliment the existing installation in the open plan office space. This created a clean and ergonomic work environment with fully cable managed panels. CBI designed the kitchen area to provide a flexible breakout area for staff which could be used as an informal meeting space. Full height glass partitions and doors with circuit board inspired manifestations with coloured circles were applied to the glass partitions. These were designed to match their existing San Francisco office and offered the privacy essential for the meeting rooms, but opened the entire office space to natural lighting.
