Globoforce, based in Parkwest, Dublin 12, is a global leader in employee recognition, providing software driven rewards program for the some of the largest companies in the world.

The brief for Phase 1 was to move our client from their existing premises into two full floors of a new shell and core building, providing full refurbishment of same. All design, construction and fit out of the space was managed by CBI. Phases 2 & 3 involved the refurbishment of the office area to provide collaborative spaces to include soft seating, huddle rooms, new canteen and training rooms

CBI provided full design and project management of all fitout works to include the upgrade of all M+E infrastructure, data cabling, raised access floors, ceilings, decor, floor finishes, window blinds and joinery items. Our client wanted a welcoming open reception with colours reflecting the companies brand. This was achieved using the clean look of our white glass reception, contrasted with a deep blue Interface carpet. Manifestation were applied to the glazed panels at the back of the reception unit for discreet signage.

The main boardroom, which is located behind the reception area is furnished with a rich white finish to the table with a white leather Luxy Nulight seating.

Due to the modular nature of the Methis Clover furniture supplied to Globoforce in 2005, it was seamless to relocate and add to the stock of existing furniture from the old building. New seating was provided and existing partitioned offices were upgraded. Walls were freshly painted and lighting improved to  enhance the office space.
