THE BRIEF
The refurbishment and redesign of the facility including the design and refit of their male staff shower and changing facility and the refurbishment of their administration offices.
WORKS
CBI provided full design and project management of all fitout works to include the upgrade of all M+E infrastructure, data cabling, raised access floors, ceilings, decor, floor finishes, window blinds and joinery items.
The function of the lobby was to create a welcome environment and brand awareness for clients visiting the company. Walls were painted in the brand’s company colours of yellow and red, with signage and wood finish reception produced to compli- ment. A new disabled toilet was installed off reception. The glazing in the reception area was upgraded for additional natural lighting.
The exterior at the main office area was upgraded and landscaped to provide for attractive paving and planters within the visitor’s car parking area. Stud partitioning was replaced with glazed partitioning with full height doors, with custom designed manifestations. Furniture was upgraded for a clean modern and highly functional office space.AV conferencing facilities were installed in the boardroom and training room areas.
Staff showers and locker room areas were upgraded to include for re-tiling and plumbing to create a cleaner, more efficient area for employees.
