THE BRIEF
Our brief was to fully furnish the top floor of a large unit in Maynooth Business Campus, to accommodate 120+ staff, offices, comms rooms and dining facilities. CBI worked with Capita’s project team to facilitate the relocation of their business operation.
WORKS
CBI provided full design and project management of all fitout works to include the upgrade of all M+E infrastructure, data cabling, raised access floors, ceilings, decor, floor finishes, window blinds and joinery items. New furniture was supplied to supplement the Client’s existing furniture, we decanted the Client’s furniture from their previous premises, transported it to the new building and rebuilt the workstations to work within the new office design. Maars Styline demountable partitions with black framework were installed to create cellular offices, working groups and meeting rooms throughout the floor. All solid boards are pre-vinyled. This system is fully demountable and relocatable, thus provides flexibility to change along with the requirements of the business. Specifically designed manifestations were provided on the glass to offer degrees of privacy and also a unique design for the business.
