Our initial brief in 2007 was to design and project manage the shell and core fitout of three floors in a new flagship building to accommodate 800+ staff offices, comms rooms, welfare and dining facilities. All works including electrical mechanical IT, welfare facilities, ceilings, flooring, furniture and partitions were project managed, to a successful conclusion, comfortably accommodating 800+ staff.


CBI provided full design and project management of all fit out works to include the upgrade of all M+E infrastructure, data cabling, raised access floors, ceilings, decor, floor finishes, window blinds and joinery items. This office facility houses a mix of administration and call centre staff assisting international customers online. Workstations and seating needed to be robust enough to cope with 24hour operations. Also, the nature of the gaming business is to grow and contract as the market requires, therefore a suitable desking system was installed to provide greater flexibility for reconfiguration of screens and desking to meet the changing requirements of our client. AV conferencing facilities were installed in the boardroom and training room areas. We fully redesigned the main canteen in 2012. The desire was to create a more Cafe style dining experience with a front area dedicated primarily to servery. “Airflake‟ acoustic walls were hung from the ceiling to divide spaces yet still keep the space open. New warm lighting, wall graphics and a bespoke tea station create a cosy relaxing company canteen. The Breakout area included table tennis, foosball and gaming. We continue to work with client with the reconfiguration of their office space to meet their ever changing working environment.
