Our dedicated contracts co-coordinator will deliver our clients fit out in line with scope of works, budgets and time frame. All sites are managed and all works are completed under our site specific Health and Safety plan. Client, landlord and co- tenant requirements are managed to ensure an efficient delivery of our program of works.

 In advance of commencement of our work we will provide our clients with a detailed quotation for the agreed works. This is form the basis of the Letter of Instruction/Client PO. This budget will be managed and the client will be advised of any savings or additional costs as they arise.

 We will complete all works in line with current building regulations and provide all necessary certificates of compliance for materials and workmanship. Copies of handover files will be provided in soft copy format.
